Instructional Designer will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and engaging e-learning experiences. He/She will work closely with subject matter experts, content developers, and multimedia specialists to design and develop high-quality online courses.

Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Contribute and assist in the end-to-end process of creating engaging and interactive e-learning content, such as:
- Storyboards
- Scripts
- Assessments
- Interactive simulations
- Video scripts
- Multimedia Production: Collaborate with video production teams to produce high-quality e-learning videos, including:
- Scripting and storyboarding
- Voiceover recording and editing
- Video editing and post-production
- Adding visual effects and animations
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of e-learning materials through rigorous testing and review processes.
- Cross-function and Team management: Collaborate on e-learning experiences with various internal and external teams and stakeholders and liaise with vendors regularly.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and objectives.
- Learning Design: Develop effective learning strategies, including instructional design models like ADDIE, SAM, or similar.
Desired Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Certification in Instructional Design is a plus.
Experience
4-6 years of experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
Expected competencies
- Deeply rooted in learner empathy with a strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
- Excellent visualization skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in essential Office tools like PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word
- Able to harness the potential of AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini AI, Jasper AI, Synthesia for creating top-notch e-learning content
- Working knowledge of authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond or similar
- Experience in video production and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, Camtasia, etc.)
Skills
- Experience in designing mobile-friendly and responsive e-learning
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, Azure, Zoho, etc.
