Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and manage paid media budgets, ensuring cost-effective spending and high ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance.
- Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes in digital advertising.
- Implement retargeting, remarketing, and audience segmentation strategies for improved conversion rates.
Desired Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record in lead generation and conversions.
