Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final design handoff.
- Report to the Product Manager with presentations, design teamwork tasks, and Design Roadmaps.
- Utilize advanced Figma Auto Layout techniques to create scalable and consistent designs efficiently.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, component libraries to maintain specific product guidelines and models.
- Define, plan, and execute design roadmaps in alignment with business goals and product strategies.
- Mentor and support executive designers, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth to help them shine even more in their roles.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback to refine designs for optimal user engagement.
- Deliver clear and compelling design presentations to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into our design process.

- Proven experience in design road mapping and strategy execution.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and validate design concepts.
- Experience in conducting user research and leveraging data to make informed design decisions.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Prior experience working in agile product teams with tight deadlines and iterative processes.
