Students across Maharashtra often face limited access to inclusive and innovative examination opportunities that encourage academic excellence. Schools struggle to find solutions that combin accessibility, convenience, and robust administrative support for large-scale exams. Additionally, traditional methods of registration, result management, and certification are time-consuming an error-prone.

HubbleHox ScholarQuest was designed to address these challenges by offering a comprehensive and innovative platform for exam preparation, focusing on personalized learning experiences. By combining technology with expert-curated content, we provided students with easy access to practice tests, study materials, and mock exams tailored to their individual learning needs. Our platform also enabled schools to track progress and identify areas of improvement for students.
HubbleHox ScholarQuest addressed these challenges by introducing a comprehensive, inclusive exam solution with multiple modes of participation:
- The exam was conducted offline in schools, online on the web and mobile devices, an through center-based online exams, offering flexibility to students and school ‣ For the first time, the exam was conducted online in three languages: English, Hindi, an Marathi, ensuring accessibility for students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. ‣ The exam featured a single question paper covering four key subjects: Mathematics, Science, English, and Logical Reasoning, designed to assess students’ all-round academic and analytical capabilities.
- All participants received free mock tests to prepare for the exam, with the option to purchase additional mock tests for further practice.
We also developed an in-house registration platform to streamline the entire process:
- Schools and students could easily register and manage their participation.
- The platform managed admit card generation, report cards, and certificates, ensuring smooth experience from start to finis

- Recognition and Awards: The top three rankers in each grade across Maharashtra were awarded scholarships, trophies, and certificates for their achievements. Schools with top scoring students also received trophies and recognition for their excellence.
